FAQ
1. HOW DOES THIS WHOLE U-PICK THING WORK?
We'll launch tickets online 2-3 days prior to each pick day. You'll purchase a ticket for the time slot you want. You'll arrive at your assigned time slot to check in by name or by season pass QR code. We'll tell you what's ready to pick and how to pick it. Then, we'll hand you a pair of scissors, a basket, and we'll send you into the field for you to pick.
When you're done picking, you'll head up to the check out area where we'll weigh your items, give you your total, and send you home with your freshly picked crops.
2. DO I NEED A TICKET FOR EACH PERSON?
Yes, all guests entering the U-Pick area need an admission ticket.
3. CAN I JUST WALK IN?
No. All visits must be scheduled in advance through our ticketing platform. You must have a ticket or a season pass to enter during picking hours.
4. WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PICK?
Admission is still required to enter the fields.
5. WHAT IF IT'S RAINING ON MY SCHEDULED PICK DAY?
