About Us: A Journey Back to the Land

A few years ago, we did something wild. We sold nearly everything we owned, packed up our lives, and hit the road in an RV. It was a leap of faith fueled by hunger for freedom, clarity, and reconnection. At the time, we even put our beloved 20-acre farmhouse up for sale. The for-sale sign went up, the listing went live... and something in me broke.

I just couldn't do it.

My heart was screaming, "Not this. Not yet." It made no sense financially. In fact, it was probably one of the worst decisions we could've made from a numbers standpoint. But when we pulled that listing and chose to keep the land, an unexpected peace washed over me. That land had a hold on us - and now we know why.

We spent the next two years traveling the country, living small and dreaming big. No matter where we went, we always found ourselves drawn to farms - organic homesteads, large-scale operations, tiny backyard plots bursting with life. We parked next to highland cows, helped harvest fields, traded stories over fresh eggs and coffee. It became clear: farms are where our souls feel at home.

Each stop became a classroom. Every farm, a teacher. Slowly, we started to see what we really wanted - not just in a piece of land, but in a way of life.

Now, we're coming full circle. The RV adventure is winding down, and we're preparing to move back into our farmhouse in July. But it won't be the same house we left behind- it's ready to grow with us. We're breathing new life into the land, clearing old paths, planting new seeds - literally and metaphorically.

This time, we return with vision, passion, and purpose. We're building a working farm that reflects everything we've learned, everything we love, and everything we believe a piece of land can be.

Thank you for joining us as we step into this new season. We can't wait to share the journey with you.
